Our Mission

At Sundown Cattle, we raise our hormone-free beef the old-fashioned way, with no hormones, no steroids, and no antibiotics. When you buy from us, you’re not just getting quality beef; you’re supporting local agriculture and a healthier future for your family. With our custom beef cuts, your meat gets prepared just the way you like it through a custom sheet you fill out! Don’t worry if it’s your first time; we’re happy to walk you through the process!

We sell by the whole or half cow—straight from our pasture to your freezer. You pick your cow, and we handle the rest. A local butcher will cut it how you like!
