Our Mission

At Sundown Cattle, we raise our beef the old-fashioned way—without hormones or steroids. When you buy from us, you’re not just getting quality beef; you’re supporting local agriculture and a healthier future for your family. With our custom beef cuts, your meat is prepared exactly the way you like it through a custom cut sheet you fill out. Don’t worry if it’s your first time—we’ll be happy to walk you through the process!

We sell by the whole or half cow—straight from our pasture to your freezer. You pick your cow, and we handle the rest. A local butcher will prepare it just the way you like.
